About Course

Hi guys welcome to Ice Dragon Training.  This is a 12 week course that will take you from being chronically injured or ill and  dependent on medication to becoming strong, healthy and independent.  My success stories include people with tendinitis and Crohn’s disease.  Each week there will 3-5 new lessons – combining video and text information – that will teach you new skills to be practiced either daily, or a certain number of days per week.  These skills when combined together and practiced consistently will be the keys to overcoming your problems and becoming fully healthy.

The skills you will learn will fit into the following 7 categories:

  1. Breathwork
  2. Cold and heat training
  3. Nutrition
  4. Strength and fitness training
  5. Rest and recovery
  6. Bad habits
  7. Mindset

So each week you will learn skills in these different categories.  I designed the course to start off easy and gradually increase in difficulty so anyone of any age or condition can start.  You can advance at your own pace – either do the 12 week course as it was intended or go slower or faster.  You can repeat weeks or you can advance more quickly if you like – however the course is structured that you must complete each lesson to move on to the next.  There will be quizzes as well to insure that you are practicing these skills safely.

At the end of each weeks lessons there will be a schedule which shows you when in the day it’s recommended to practice your new skills and how often you should practice them (daily, twice weekly, etc).  These schedules will compound – meaning that after week 3 you will be practicing daily or weekly the stuff you’ve learned in week 1, week 2 and week 3 and so on.

Course Content

Week 1
There will be 3 lessons this week. One is on Breathwork, teaching you a foundational breathing technique for this course. The second is on Nutrition, teaching you the basic principles of eating for your health. The third is a Mindset lesson teaching you the basic idea of regularity, discipline and commitment that will be necessary to make progress in the class.
