My current diet

So if you want to get ripped, the easiest way by far is to eat the same thing every day. It’s super boring for some people, but for me I don’t care about interesting food. I care about good tasting food (even if its repetitive) and food that gives me the proper protein and nutrient density to feel fully when I go to sleep so that I can eat somewhat low calorie and still feel good.

Here’s the diet

Breakfast – 4 eggs, 1/2 avocado, hot sauce

400 calories, 25 grams protein

Snack – 2 tangerines

100 calories, 0 grams protein

Dinner – 500 grams of rump steak, 1 tablespoon of butter, green salad (no dressing), 1 cup of rice, mushrooms

1300 calories, 140 grams of protein

Dessert – 1 small ice cream (from ice cream shop), 1 liter of whole milk

800 calories, 35 grams of protein

Total calories –

2600 calories, 200 grams of protein

This is a perfect diet for a slight cut/body recomp, and has plenty of protein, power foods, high nutritional value and I think is quite delicious. The beauty of this approach to diet is that if you need to tweak it slightly, you know exactly what you need to do. Want less protein, more carbs? Subtract 50 grams of steak and add 1 banana.

Losing weight too quickly? Add 300 calories of something. Gaining weight? Subtract something from the diet.

If you want to be truly robotic with your fitness, this approach is by far the easiest and most effective way to perfectly hit your calories to support muscle growth.
